Eve A. Parnell

Eve A. Parnell joined the firm in 1985 and became a partner in 1990. For over 30 years, her practice has emphasized education law in work for public schools and educational institutions across the state of Arizona. Complementing her practice in public education law is her work in the related areas of special education, disability, employment, and constitutional law. In addition to daily advice to school representatives, this practice involves representation on contracts, personnel matters, student and teacher rights, policy, and matters involving the EEOC, the Office of Civil Rights, and the Arizona Department of Education. Eve graduated with a B.A. from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont, received her teacher certification from the state of Vermont, and received an M.S. in Zoology from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. She received her law degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
