For over twenty years, our firm has represented public school districts, grant schools, BIA schools, charter schools, and private schools in a wide variety of legal matters. Although we offer a full service, civil practice law firm, our firm has developed a statewide reputation in the area of school law.
We have represented our schools before a number of administrative agencies including the Department of Justice, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the office of Navajo Labor Relations and the Navajo Labor Commission, the United States Department of Education, the Arizona State Department of Education, the Arizona State Board of Education, and other federal and state agencies.
We have provided legal advice on a wide array of legal issues affecting schools and school districts in Arizona, and throughout the country. Our advice and representation have included assisting the Governing Boards in the drafting, reviewing, and interpretation of Board policies and providing in-service training to school boards and employees on the implementation of these policies.

In our representation of school districts, we have also worked with the Arizona state legislature and U.S. Congress and have promoted various educational bills and legislation on both the federal level and state level.
We also train school boards, administration and staff on education law and matters.
At the present time, our firm represents over twenty-five schools and public school districts throughout the state of Arizona. Additionally, our firm represents schools located within the Navajo, Hopi and White Mountain Apache reservations.
